Description: Villa Guest capacity ideally 3 people (single) or 6 people (couples) The villa is located on Jalan Pantai Pererenan, 500m east of Pererenan Beach. It is approximately 20 minutes from Seminyak, 30 minutes from Kuta and 40 minutes from the Ngurah Rai International Airport. The Nirwana Bali Golf course and Le-Meridien Hotel are located 10 minutes north of the villa. Villas close by include Villa Manis, Villa Gajah. The Villa is located in the village of Pererenan, Canggu, in a relaxed atmosphere with traditional rice paddies & terraces. Our villa is constructed adjacent to Greenfield rice paddies and terraces. The villa overlooks the Pererenan beach to the west, with stunning ocean view and sunsets. Facilities: The Villa is located is split into two levels. The top-level has 3 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and have a shared bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks the rice paddies and ocean, has a king size antique Balinese bed, en-suite bathroom and a balcony facing the ocean. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The bottom level holds the main living room, which is fully air-conditioned and has a sliding door that leads to a tropical garden and pool. Beside the pool is a Balinese Gazebo perfect for an afternoon tropical cocktail while the sun goes down, or just lazing around beside the pool. Note /Other Facilities: Maid service 8am - 3pm (but the room boy is available 24 hours a day). The staff quarters are located in the back area of the villa, behind the kitchen. Washing machine provided or laundry service available at cheap rates. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, microwave & hot-cold water dispenser. There is a 29 inch color TV with a satellite connection, including CNN, BBC, CNBC, HBO, Star Movies, Cinemax & more. Electric Current 220 volts AC.
